The Comprehensive Center Network is made up 15 Regional Comprehensive Centers and 5 Content Centers to help low-performing schools and districts close achievement gaps and meet the goals of the No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB). The Regional Centers provide technical assistance to States to help increase State capacity to assist districts and schools meet their student achievement goals. The content centers are responsible for providing in-depth knowledge, expertise, and analyses to regional centers and the States served by the regional centers.
The Eastern Stream Center subcontracts with three of the Regional Comprehensive Centers as a partner in providing SEA-level services regarding migrant youth, English language learners, and struggling readers.
